Meet Richard
My name is Richard Narcisse, head trainer of TBR Fitness. Fitness has always been more than lifting weights or burning calories...it's about creating transformations from the inside out. I know firsthand how intimidating fitness spaces are, especially in the LGBTQIA community. That's why I created TBR Fitness, a place where you can build muscle lose weight, and build confidence...without judgment, pressure, or toxic gym culture.
